多分店員さんの役割がしっかり決まってるんでしょう。レジで待ってても自分の役割が仕分けだったらいくらレジで人が待ってようが仕分けから絶対離れない。つまり臨機応変に対応出来ない、あるいはそれすらも頭の片隅にないような感じに思われます。
まぁ今の働きかたはそんな時代なんでしょう。
それは良いとして最低限やるべき事をしっかり教えてほしいです。
このお店で買った商品、2回とも防犯タグ付きっぱなしでした。プラスチックのやつ。
他のお店から出た時にブザー鳴っておかしいと思ったら買った服についてました。
しかも2回行って2回とも。
何やっても外れないから服ごと切り取りましたよ。
2度と行かない。
