We had defined budget and wanted waterfront property on the Gulf.

Dave Middleton patiently educated us on general real estate, the local real estate market, and the local Gulf waterfront market. Over a period of four months Dave, and his merry network of professionals, patiently educated and helped us navigate a competitive Sellers market. He brought in Finance, Insurance, Closer experts to our Buyer Team. Our Buyer Team operated fairly smoothly and as one team!

The result was closing on a great Gulf property with a good understanding of the local market pressures. We are very pleased with our purchase and would use Dave for any future purchases or sales.

After a dreadful experience with an inexperienced realtor who was very unresponsive and wasted six months of my life, I terminated that contract. I then interviewed four other realtors for an hour and a half long each and thought I knew who I was going to hire. A representative from Exp contacted me and I had a good conversation with a very nice lady. She inquired about having me sit down and conducting an interview with Paul, to which I agreed. I already had picked the Realtor out of the previous four but she spoke so highly of both Paul and Exp . I decided to sit down and have another interview with him, which lasted approximately two hours. To my pleasant surprise, he surpassed all the other realtors with his knowledge and experience in the industry as well as his knowledge of technology, including AI. He gave me a very informal presentation, answered any question that I had and got me to a comfort level that I have never had with another realtor (and I have sold several properties throughout the country over the years). I felt very comfortable with Paul and his team. Both Paul and his team did everything he said they would being very experienced and knowledgeable. They had been working in Paul’s office for sometime. They worked seamlessly between each other, from the Video photographer to all members of his team in the office, which included a very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful attorney. It was not easy sale due to solar panels. Paul and his wife Denise who is also an EXP team member were great to work with. From the moment I signed on, the thoroughness Paul brought to the table with a checklist of how the house should be showed, to the video photographer, all of whom did an outstanding job as promised by Paul. I was frankly blown away by the video, plus every aspect of dealing with Exp was both professional and caring. The house sold in 8 days from the time it went on the market with a cash buyer. Followed by buy a quick closing. I could not be more satisfied with the Personal service Paul and his team provided me with after a really horrendous start with a bad realtor. I feel truly blessed that Paul and his team came into my life. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I have already recommended him to several people that I know that are in the market on both sides. I wish Paul and Denise and the rest of the Exp team, nothing but the best. You should absolutely put them on your list to interview.
