Unfortunately, I have been forced to change my review of this company due to their lack of action and unethical business practices. Randomly they stopped responding to our calls and emails. We needed some basic technical support (the reason we hired them) and received absolutely zero response after multiple attempts. I even reached out to the owner, Charles, and received no response. When we finally stopped service, again they said nothing. Only after did I realize that they had not included me as an admin on my employees computers, and did not remove themselves as the controlling admin on these devices as part of their offboarding. Therefore, I'm locked out of my own computers. When I reached out to Charles about this, he said he would CHARGE ME $300 to remove the admin accounts! These are accounts that they installed and forgot to remove! When I called him out for this unethical practice, he told not to contact him again. I don't know what has happened, but they clearly are not concerned about customer service. Therefore, I would advise anyone to find another IT provider that will respond to your requests for service, add you as an additional admin, and then actually do the right thing, even if you're no longer a customer.

Horrible customer service. Called asking for them to come work on our office internet as they have for years in the past and guy on the phone answers with “it’s Charles at think it ai and it’s 8am” annoyed already that I would call at the time their business opens. Then basically told me they didn’t want the work because we didn’t have a contract in place and we should call someone else. Wouldn’t recommend

I had the opportunity to work with Tech Support Leo recently. It was a joy! He clearly explained what he was doing and was able to walk me through the fix needed. He followed up when he said he would. He even apologized for not being able to complete the fix as it was over the week-end! I highly recommend Think IT Ai for your tech support needs!

They have done a great job of updating my antique system and allowing us to use the computers and internet to a higher level. We are head and shoulders above where we would have been with out them.
