Keith & Tina (of Coastal Home Advisors) did a superb job selling my mother's condo. They helped every step of the way, including checking up on my mother occasionally and bringing flowers to make sure she was ok.
They were very professional and gave us excellent advise on timing, pricing, prepping, and which offer to accept.
Since I was in Minnesota and my mother needed a little help with selling & moving, this made the whole process much easier for me too. They even helped with getting a few things fixed, as well as where to donate/dispose of things that my mother did not want to take with her.
I cannot say enough good things about Coastal Home Advisors and the services they provided. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

They made it an easy with no work on our end, just a seamless process. They were very responsive to all of our inquiries. When time came to sell our property they handled that as well and did an awesome job of finding a buyer and keeping us informed throughout the process.
