I had a lot of issues with my laptop. Positively Charged Electronic Repair (Carl) had a good idea what was wrong. He diagnosed it in minutes. He gave me repair options and possible charges. I’m far from being a computer guy but he was able to explain to me the repairs in simple terms.
I had issues with my power cord. The original was bad, I bought a new one but that didn’t work either. I thought my computer had broken again. I took it back to Carl and he looked at it immediately. He plugged a cord (an older one he had in the shop) into the computer and it immediately came to life. The cord I bought was not the correct cord for my laptop. He found one on Amazon and emailed the link. He then loaned me the power cord that worked so I could use my computer. No charge for this visit.
Carl has a personality that is well balanced. He’s professional, pleasant, sense of humor, caring and very knowledgeable.
I will use Carl for any other repairs, and HIGHLY recommend him to others. Do yourself a favor , visit Carl, he can’t troubleshoot over the phone.

Great place, very helpful. Carl was very helpful and informative. I called about my ps5 controller having drift. He told me the price to fix, and said just swing by, he told me he could try and calibrate it with a program he has, he let me know if it was just a quick fix calibration issue there would be no charge. AND he calibrated it, it worked and he didn't charge me nothing. He is Very honest and helpful. Wish there were more places like this that have great customer service, honest, and a expert at there craft. Thanks Carl. I will be back. Highly recommend .👌

Just took in my son’s Iron Man MK50 Voice activated helmet in because there was a wire that came out of the plug, which was affecting lights on the side. Service was fantastic, quick, professional, and most importantly, he got it working and under 5 minutes and my son is happy again! Thank you so much for your service!

Did some looking around and I was very pleased with carl and his shop 🙂
Seemed very honest and I was super happy that he had an option for factory parts for iphones...he verified it's authenticity, and did give me an option for aftermarket and gave reasons why one is better than the other. ALSO, he has hand made lightsabers and freeze dried candy he makes himself! It's nerd heaven in there 😆 I'm gonna go around the house and break stuff just to come back! Lol

I went in to get a few old GameBoy and GameBoy Advance games repaired. Literally replaced the batteries for them in minutes and for the first time in years I can play my childhood games. Also brought in an old GameCube to get repaired and left that same day with a working console. Unfortunately my original device, the motherboard was shot, but I was able to keep the original shell and I was provided with multiple options. Will recommend, 10 out of 10! I thank you again!
