This review is way overdo. I’ve been seeing Caroline since she opened her doors last year. There are some other psychologists/counselors in the area, and I had gone through most of them. (All of them had some major issues) I am not a picky person and I just needed someone with whom I could talk, vent some general frustration, and work through some issues. Caroline is as good as it gets. She has recently added some new counselors to the team. I haven’t spent any time with them, but I know Caroline wouldn’t have brought them in unless they were as knowledgeable and professional as she is. Talking with Caroline is like talking to a really close, extremely knowledgeable friend. She is impeccably organized and has a memory like a steel trap. I know she keeps some notes, but there have been a lot of times where she’s remembered something that I said months ago in passing. It’s impressive to say the least. She is kind, caring, and non-judgmental. Most importantly, she is experienced. She has, in my opinion, worked very hard at becoming a master communicator. She knows how and when to speak so that you actually listen. She knows when to just let you talk. She never pretends to know things that she doesn’t know, but she always knows where to find the answer to a question. I could keep going, but, if she happens to see this review, I know she’s going to tell me it was too much. So I’ll just leave it here. If you need someone to be with you and help you through everything life is throwing at you, spend some time with Caroline. She’ll change your life.
