Lana is a gem! When I met Lana at the Woman’s show, I already had a financial advisor but wanted to see what she had to offer with Edward Jones out of curiosity. I’m not one for making a change but after seeing how perfectly persistent she was (not at all over bearing) but just enough to let me know that she was interested, cared and would be there to meet my needs (something I didn’t have with my present advisor at the time who I’d been with for many years) I was very impressed and knew I needed to have Lana take over as my new advisor. Not only is Lana very knowledgeable, professional, patient, willing to teach you, keep you informed, does a fantastic job but I trust her completely and she cares, actually cares and for that, I’m truly grateful, I only wish I would have met her years ago.
