As a new HOA Board President last year, Sara was a vital part of our Boards success. Sara was there to advise us, guide us and provide the tools we needed to be successful. We've had some challenges with residents and vendors, but we have been able to resolve our issues with Sara's help. Sara is always level headed and looks at both sides to best determine how to proceed, which helps calm sometimes tense situations. As an owner in two different HOA Communities with two different Management Companies, I would chose Bayside Management over our other properties Management Company any day!!

Our condo association board has employed this property management company for the entirety of the three years we’ve owned our unit. We have received poor service, poor communication and a lack of compassion as owners.

We complained for two years of rats. We were essentially told it was our problem alone and mislead as to the extent in the larger building. This negligent behavior combined with poor communication and poor service has led to thousands in damage.

This property manager insists the board is to blame for our troubles no matter how much evidence we try and share about the unprofessional behavior and literal incompetence. As owners we have zero trust in this business and would encourage others to be wary of doing business with them.

While I’ve seen reviews that praise them. It’s important the public get the full picture.

Bayside has been vital for keeping my community organized, taxes filed, and maintenance executed for the last four years. If the HOA had been left to its own amateur board members (like myself), the neighborhood would be a stew of clogged storm drains, overgrown lawns, AirBnB rentals, and car-clogged streets.
