I absolutely loved doing meditation with Letty! She really helped me focus on my breathing and offered wonderful ways to be intentional in my day-to-day life as a busy mom. Went for 3 more sessions, I asked Letty if she could meet we earlier later or on Sunday and she was willing to work with my schedule even though it’s not during her operating hours! She met me early in the morning for a meditation session with friends (7 am!) and then she met me at 6 pm for a personal session including magnet therapy and sound healing, and then she met me on a Sunday for my third session where we did energetic healing and Bach flower consultation. Was all an incredible experience and I can’t wait to come again.

I was lucky to be Lettys second customer. My wife referred me after having her first treatment. I haven’t ever done any type of alternative therapy before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was amazed at how I felt after. First, the therapy put me to sleep- but a true reviving sleep where I felt so good after. Second, she identified areas in my body where I had a lot of inflammation and worked on those areas to help me get relief. I booked a session and she used magnets to help me, crystals, and also energetic healing. I fell asleep during the treatment and when I woke up I felt grounded and at peace. My body felt well rested and I felt like I had way more energy (calm energy) then when I arrived. I loved the experience and have already been back again for my next treatment. Highly recommended.

PS: for anyone who is observant - she uses a book that guides her through alternative medicine called halachic principles of alternative medicine and it made me feel much more secure and safe in this type of therapy.
