We are a local construction company that has projects all over the country. The staff in Panama City are fantastic! They always provide the right laborer for our projects and have even helped me locate the correct offices in other states. The office in Virginia is also great! They take time to understand your needs and they are very responsive! We will continue to use Express Pros over some of the other leasing companies due to the personal service.

My experience at Express has been excellent! They put me with Nicki who has been extremely helpful with me. She had given me a job at a place in fort Walton. Once my services weren’t needed in Fort Walton. She immediately told me about another job that would be a good fit for me. She has always been very helpful when I asked her questions

So far this company is pretty awesome and keeps you working. They will give you temporary jobs until they can find you something long-term I'm pretty impressed and their pay is very much in line with the jobs given ( $18-$25 an hr for skilled workers) unlike a lot of other places. They just ask that you work, show up on time and don't do any drugs or alcohol on the job. They also have free educational programs to advance. It's not really rocket science. They also treat people with respect which is very unlike most temporary agencies out of anywhere I've been. So unless any of this changes I'd say 5 stars 🌟all day!

They all lied about every job position about putting you on top of the list and then they tell you that the position is already taken by someone else. then they don't help find any other job that might be a great fit that have interest in. Definitely would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.
