Mike and his team are top notch professionals. We retained them to do structural on a steel SIPs single family home and we somehow got the wires crossed. Long story short the design was not what we needed (we did lost job of providing the right information). When we got the structural drawings we realized the miscue and I went to Mike for help. He and his team completely redrew the structural at no additional costs and very quickly to boot. Now that is customer service and doing the right thing. They will be doing all of our future work. I highly recommend this team.

We used this company for our plans with rebuilding our house after Hurricane Michael. I have to say we keep getting more and more disappointed with them. I will say that the owner gave us $100 off, which we appreciated because our complaints were heard, because we had to wait an absurd amount of time for our plans when we were told our house was small they could draft it up in no time. We waited 8 weeks for plans.

We have run into problem after problem thereafter. Here I am 5 months after my plans were finished by them still dealing with issues that stemmed from their plans. I’m a week out from moving into my brand new home and it’s being pushed back because multiple things were overlooked by whomever drafted our plans. Our contractor told us this was the most unprofessional plan they have seen.
I understand the lack of man power and that is why I have yet to leave a bad review, but this was the final straw because issues stemming from the plans are making us push back our move in date.

On a positive note, their customer service is very good, they replied to us very efficiently with any issues we had during the process, but the work itself is what we are unhappy with.

Our family experienced a total loss of our town homes in Mexico Beach during Hurricane Michael. We decided to rebuild a duplex and commissioned MK Weber Engineering to design and engineer our plans. Marco Minardo was our draftsman. The entire process from beginning to end was a professional and pleasant experience. Marco was available at all times and when necessary, returned calls in the evenings and early mornings. He was thorough and meticulous while also patient with the ever changing ordinances required by Mexico Beach. Covid 19 presented another obstacle as we were unable to meet in person with Marco. He was readily available to answer questions, give us input, share ideas etc. Not only were we completely satisfied with MK Weber Engineering and the diligence they exhibited, but we feel like we made a new friend in Marco Minardo.
