Go here regularly, they're constantly improving the facility, owner and trainers are great and very helpful! They have a true 24 hr gym and they offer classes and one on one training. Between classes its very quiet and doesn't get too busy so you can easily find a time slot where there aren't many other people for quiet work sessions. They have a few different workouts machines, punching bags and loads of free weights, with a huge mat in the center for training. They also have a kids area for parents trying to fit working out into the schedule. Huge parking lot, ground floor so easy access! As a woman the majority of the crowd right now is other ladies or parents training together also. I've been recommending FTGU to other ladies who are looking for a gym with a less aggressive atmosphereto attend.

Amazing and affordable gym! TK is an absolutely amazing personal trainer! You can really tell he loves what he does as well as is very knowledgeable personal fitness! Love the fact that I have 24/7 access to the gym! Definitely recommend this gym to everyone!!!!!

Trainer and owner "TK" is the best. He knows his craft! I lost 16 pounds in an 8 week challenge. TK will ensure you work hard, but the sweat equity is worth it. And the different weekly meals plans was great for understanding want foods work best for your own body. I highly recommend his gym and as a personal trainer if you are want to see a change that works!

TK is not just a great trainer, but is certified in stretch, fascia release and corrective movement, which has all been helpful for me since relocating to this area. A great gym and great trainer! I highly recommend!

FTGU has been a great place for me to stay sane and burn off the pounds. I enjoy being able to plan out my works out and classes thru the app. It’s been a great way to keep up with the FTGU community and stay motivated. TK is an excellent wellness/personal training coach. I don’t like the solo gym routine and I am so happy to have access to classes and 1 on 1 personal training. Join FTGU if you desire to work on a better you 🤞🏽🤙🏽 You Won’t Regret It 😊

Perfect place to work out in a chill, relaxed, clean, old school gym. Tons of fans. Good weights. No frills and playing for extras I don't need. Just a good old kick your butt work out. Great owners and awesome classes!
