I have been doing personal training with Dena at Absolute Bliss for over 2 years and I can't give her and her studio enough praise. She is a kind, compassionate, loving person who is always focused on giving me a full body work-out. She also asks about what else is going on in my life since she understands that mind-body-spirit are so important for integrated wellness. The studio and bathroom is clean nicely decorated. Dena sanitizes each piece of equipment after each use. I have friends who take her yoga classes and they also love working out with her. I highly recommend her studio for either one-on-one or group classes.

I’ve been practicing at Absolute Bliss for five years; I’m so grateful to have found this beautiful community! There is a wide variety of classes offered at multiple times throughout the week, so it’s easy to create a personal workout plan regardless of my schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and well trained, and they create a wonderful atmosphere. The studio itself is very intentionally and beautifully curated to be a place of encouragement and inspiration.
Absolute Bliss will quickly become a second family, and I highly recommend!!

I have been attending Absolute Bliss for over 3 years and all the classes have exceeded my expectations! The instructors (Dena, Rochelle, Heather & Julie) are knowledgeable, encouraging, and enthusiastic throughout their sessions. The studio is impeccably maintained, and the staff creates a warm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend this studio. You will absolutely love it!!

I ❤️❤️❤️ this studio and the owner. While ashamed to admit that I didn’t exercise until I got breast cancer and realized I must exercise to live a long and fun life, THE best thing happened on my journey to better health. I found Dena and ABSolute Bliss. She is the most encouraging person and pushes my body to do things I never thought I could. My body has changed so much in the last year. I HAVE muscles, feel better about my body and most importantly my health stats are fantastic. Her studio is equipped with all the best equipment and is incredibly clean. I would highly recommend ABSolute Bliss. You will become part of the family and love Dena and her team as much as I do. Forever grateful to this business.

I cannot recommend this yoga studio enough! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Heather, in particular, is the best instructor. Her classes strike the perfect balance between challenging and restorative, and her warm, encouraging energy makes everyone feel at ease—whether you’re a beginner or a ln expert. One of the best instructors I have ever experienced and every time that is consistent. Workouts that almost act as therapy for parts of the body often neglected. Strengthening gently. Don’t get me wrong I’m super sore sometimes but they’re always conscientious of safe movement. Such a beautiful and peaceful space. Also a great time! Feels like the ultimate luxury for fitness. So happy I found absolute bliss!
