I want to say platinum services help with all steps, they made me feel at ease, I was very anxious when my mother had to go into nursing home, I didn’t know how I was to pay for all of this, but they got my mom approved, Hilary, was great she always answered my calls, and emails, she came over to meet me to make sure we understood the process, Robin and Leann,and Hillary were very professional and very helpful I would recommend these services you will not be disappointed!!! Worth every penny!

Platinum was a Godsend to our family at an awful time of our lives. After an accident we had to place mom in longterm care unexpectedly and had no clue how to navigate the Medicaid system. Jenna and LeAnn were so caring and responsive and most importantly GOT THE JOB DONE! They are worth every penny charged and more. Do yourself a favor skip the stress and let them take charge for you!
