Where do I start? We’ve been mac users for over 25 years...maybe even longer! Though Mac OS is much more user friendly, and requires less servicing than PC, it’s comforting to know there’s a very reliable, efficient, and timely professional literally up the street. We’ve used Mike’s services for years and fully trust him w/ our 3 desktops, 2 laptops, iPads and phones! Most importantly, we trust him in our home. Here’s a pic of our first Mac 😂

Mike is THE MAN!! Have 2017 27" iMac Retina w/ 3TB. Was tired of waiting for Apple to release a 27" (or larger) version of new iMacs. Good for me. Mike replaced the internal Fusion Drive with a 4TB SSD and now my system is BLAZING fast. Not to mention it got a new lease of life for another 5-10 years!
Mike picked up from my home on Friday morning, and returned it back Monday morning. How more convenient can it get?
BTW, very reasonably priced.

My 85 year old mom got her first iPhone and was having alot of trouble with getting it set up properly. Mike saved the day, walking her through the entire process and guiding her (and me remotely!). Getting an appointment was super easy and Mike showed up promptly and ready to solve issues that we would have struggled with to no avail. This is my first experience with Mike. He was thoroughly professional and dependable. He explained what he would be doing to replace my horrible iMac disk with a new SSD and answered all my questions. He picked up my iMac at my home and delivered it back to me when promised.

As he was leaving my neighbor walked up and said hello - to Mike - turned out that Mike had been servicing his company Macs for several years.

The installation of the new disk was completely successful and all my data was intact. BTW, the speed improvement from my original hard drive to my new SSD was about 20x faster. I was ready to junk it and now I can't wait to log in each day!
