I worked here for almost 3 years. It's a cool job but they write you up if you put the mail in the wrong tray and 3 write ups you terminated. It's a fast pace job when you running up and down the machine and mail gets jammed and shredded.
When was on the end of my second year going into my 3rd year I had a team lead who had it out for me. He had me working dispatch by myself sleeving the trays then I had to run over to the pallets and stack them myself. I put one tray on the wrong pallet and he gave me a write up. Now I had another write up the first beginning of the year.
I called HR to talk about if that write up still counts and he couldn't tell me anything accept I'm not sure. I had only 6 points and you need 30 to be terminated. But long story short I just end up finding another job for 16.50 and left them.
If you work here you can move up but any write up you get WILL be counted against you and if they are titr of you they dig threw your file just to find something to fire you. And I have seen them add additional points to your point sheet just to get rid of you. I have seen it.

I worked here for 7 months. I’m going to leave some important information you should know about this company.

Stable schedule: 1st shift is 4am to 12pm.. 2nd shift is 12pm to 8pm.. 3rd shift is 8pm to 4am. So it goes cycle. Managements and leads’ schedules are little different. 2nd shift parcel's schedule is different. 2nd and 3rd shift work M-F. 1st shift works Tues to Saturday. And they mandatory everybody work OT on Sunday occasionally like once a month.

Lack of integrity: they are not honest company especially managements. They have been keep changing the information like blurry. I was frustrated for a while, but I gave up and started to get used to it. They are willing to lie often for a reason. Even I got terminated from the employee because they illegally lied about my case. HR seems did not care and do nothing without a further investigation.

Low Pay: every employee gets different rate; meanwhile, some of them get the same rate. The permanent employees start with $10.08 with $1 night shift (3rd shift). So $11.08.... Operator and parcel get $1 increase pay. So it is 12.08. But they recently granted everyone an increase pay after the company made extra money by a new tax reform. So most employees get $0.80 increase. Meaning 11.88 or 12.88 depends on a position. Also, you get annually increase based on your performance and disciplinary. Everybody get different annual increase. I have no information for leads and managements’ pay.

Restricted Vacation: they give everybody 2 weeks paid vacation time. 1 week paid personal time. And you can buy Flex an optional addition days off. That is it. You are not allowed to get days off “unpaid”. If you run out of your vacation and PTO. You can’t get any days off for rest of the year. Note: there is no way to build and increase your time off.

The points for called out: the points for called out. You must have outstanding attendance to able continue work this company. If you call out no matter what reason, you get 4 points. If you have a reasonable doctor note, the points take off by half which mean you receive 2 points. The points expire in 90 days. The exceed limit points are 15 points in 90 days or / and 46 points in 1 year. Reach either of those will be the resule in termination an employee. If you are late by 6 mins, you receive 1 point. Late by 30 mins, you receive 2 points. Late by 2 hours, you receive 3 points. Late 4 hours or called out, you receive 4 points. It goes same thing if you need to leave early.

If you are looking for an integrity working paced company, this company doesn’t fit you. Beside, you are willing to work in the same bland environment everyday with a low pay and accept what managements say if they are being dishonest. You need a job badly. This company is for you.

If you are looking for a creative, a challenge, and an integrity company, this company doesn’t fit you, folks.

Job seekers you want to avoid this place like the plague they play favorites if you're white or black you will be treated like a second class citizen there management is very slimy and very dishonest this place has the highest turnover rate in Jacksonville.
