Ashford Services was referred to 4Quarters over 10 years ago and we are so glad we found them. We are a small company and don’t have our own IT personnel, so 4Quarters was a perfect match for us. We would buy blocks of time so whenever we had a computer problem, we would call them, and someone would be out that day. 4Quarters recently installed our Server and we have the ProBeyond Managed Service. This service includes: Monitoring & Management for our Server, Workstations, User Support Service, Backup Service Monitoring, Managed Anti-Virus Service & Anti-Spam/Encryption Service. I love that if I have a question or a problem, I email or call the Help Desk and within a short time I have a Work Ticket started and am contacted by one of the Techs. The Techs, Jonathan, Brad, Jason, Nick, etc. are fantastic to work with and Shanna in the office is always there to help too.
I would recommend 4Quarters because the owner Terry Fields stands behind what he sells and has a quality staff to handle what he sells. Ashford Service and 4Quarters have an excellent working relationship and we value each other’s business.

We have been using 4Quarters as our IT specialists for Westside Baptist Church for many years and have been thrilled with their knowledge, service and work. We use them for all our IT needs including small calls with questions to major jobs such as implementing new servers and WiFi systems. When IT issues arise at Westside, all we have to do is send an email to their help desk and 4Quarters is incredibly fast to respond. I recommend their services to any church looking for IT help!

As the I. T. Director for Florida Pest Control’s corporate headquarters and all its offices, I have used 4Quarters IT for over 15 years, since 2006. 4Quarters IT has provided our offsite backup services, provided extensive support for ours Windows environment and server software upgrades. Terry Fields, the owner, is always there to help in a time of need, even when it occurs outside of the normal work day. I know I can count on Terry any time of day or night, if an emergency arises. Additionally, pre-purchasing blocks of service time, affords me their technical staff anytime I need help, without having to hire my own additional I.T. staff. I would highly recommend 4Quarters IT for any of your I.T. needs.

Let me just say Wow!! What an amazing company from ownership to employee. They are extremely responsive and great at what they do.
