Good annuity products but poor customer service and very bad explanation on how the annuity actually works. I was unable to get in touch with the annuity company so I called Bob Grace twice and no response. The huge commissions that Bob makes on these plans are huge so I won't be recommending his services to anyone I know. I was finally able to reach the annuity company and let me tell you the explanation of my annuity was entirely different than what was explained at Grace Tax Group. Bob was so off base that I highly recommend to stay away from these types of situations. And I am not an expert in any way for investent instruments but when a professional can't explain the annuity to a beginner in layterms that accurately depict the product, then that is pure ignorance on their part.

A planned, informative session about FRS retirement and real estate investment transformed into a high-pressure sales pitch. He continually degraded my ideas as he flaunted his obscure and random financial facts, apparently to prove his expertise. He continually pointed out my ignorance and his "superior" knowledge by asking specific financial questions, blaming me directly for not saving enough, and "teaching" me the answers to HIS financial questions, not mine. He also canceled my appointment at the last minute and failed to address my primary concerns adequately. When I told him it felt like he was trying to sell me something, he became noticeably offended, stood up, and threatened to end the meeting. Then he asked me whether I had a living will. So, I ended the Zoom meeting.
