Rose and her team at Impact Health 360 have been wonderful. I've always been a fairly healthy person, but have noticed I needed some guidance (and cheerleading) to improve my diet (especially protein and vegetable intake) and increase my daily steps. Their new app is great to log foods, steps, sleep, etc. so your coach can check-in on you.

Highly recommend Impact Health 360! If you follow your coach's guidance, you will see results.

My sister found Impact Health online for me. We talked it over and I finally felt hopeful I found something to help me with my all around well being and weight loss. I met with April, my coach and had a wonderful session where she explained everything about the program. She even checked in with me on her family vacation. I couldn’t believe it! I found someone that I actually feel will help me with my long term depression and body issues. I had another check-in today and I feel like I can get hold of myself and bad habits and finally feel in control. Impact has changed my life! I lost 50 lbs in 8 months. No pills no injections! My coach Cindy is awesome. She taught me about nutrition, she helped me pick out groceries, helped with snack and meal ideas. I went from wearing a dress size 14 to a size 6. I can’t thank April enough for her guidance and help these past 6 months. This is the healthiest I have ever been. I have changed many habits that have helped me to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I no longer fear the scale! I contracted a respiratory virus in April and this was the first time I did not need steroids to help my lungs. My cholesterol is now off the charts great. When I know I need to clean up my diet, I head to IWM. Having a health coach guide me back to good eating habits and improved nutrition is essential. I learn so much from Rose and value her recommendations on health and wellness. It’s challenging to put myself first while balancing work and home life but she provides tools to make it easier.
