We were transferred from the Amtrak train from San Luis Obispo to the Thruway bus. It SUCKS☹️. It's so TERRIBLE! ☹️ Such an old beat-up bus.☹️ It is a little too cramp.☹️ Very small restroom.☹️ Electrical outlets not working & I could've charged my mobile phone.☹️ Except the actual Amtrak train which is spacious & comfortable. I get to sit by myself. Restrooms are spacious & comfortable too.

The worst bus driver and the rudest I've experienced
Sunday July 30th at 3:50pm at Polks station in Nacogdoches texas this driver parked right behind several vehicles to let bus people off, & after everyone was off he refused to move to allow us to back up
Once we were able to finally get out-without any help from him-I rolled down my window to let him know that there were others trying to back up, he was sarcastic, rude and wouldn't even let me say anything, he only put his hand up as he was looking at his cell phone and did a thumbs up and said: u did good that we were fine, wouldn't even look up at us
He should be fired . Such lack of professionalism and lack of respect for others
I wouldn't think any company would want him an employee

The busses do actually leave from right where this shows. Not on the side where the megabus leaves from. Just follow directions to here if you're getting an Amtrak connection throughway bus.
