They are a paper mill. They don't return calls, gave bad guidance and you should run away from them as fast as possible. They said I was rude after leaving 20 voicemails without a response so they took my deposit and cancelled my account. I would give them zero stars if possible.

My Personal experience with tax credit Pro was one of the worst experiences of my life. The owner was misleading and unresponsive until deadlines and would threaten to end services on the most important day “tax day”. Tax Audit Pro was also ridiculously expensive, charging me upwards of five grand to file taxes for my LLC Meanwhile having me do mass amounts of bookkeeping while being charged $2500 for bookkeeping services. I was not able to ask and get clarification on questions I had as I was a new business owner. I was never able to get a hold of anyone there due to the owner having a phone screening service and would only email me back at random points throughout the months.
