I want to share with anyone seeking legal assistance for disability benefits to have proof that this law firm was so professional kind and considerate to my situation which is very delicate cuz I am very old and I have to have patience to deal with me and I have to admit that God steered me to the right people they got right to the point after I shared my situation with them and Miss Jean one of the paralegals has been an angel to me she assured me that she would do the best to get me what was available for my situation and she did that plus more she went out of her way at times when I was continuing to be impatient and never made me feel like I was bothering her she is on her way to be very successful and also they were fast and on top of my case throughout my whole process I just want to let other people know don't make a mistake and go anywhere else this firm is made for people who continually get discouraged because of this long process and I went through it for years until I gave it to machine and she did the rest this is the place to go to and if you get a chance to pick a paralegal Ms Jean is the one she is wonderful a great human being and a great asset to that law firm I commend them for making the right choice with her God bless you and you have a great day good luck

Louis Law Group is the firm I retained to represent me in a case regarding insurance claims. I was impressed by the caliber of attorneys representing me, not just because of the depth of their experience in the matter, but most importantly for their professionalism and courtesy. I was well prepared for interrogatories and given a clear outline of the process.
Beyond the attorneys, the entire support staff was just superb as evidenced by prompt responses by phone, text or email.
Even when my case was closed, I received critically important support from the firm. When the insurance company was being non-compliant, they intervened on my behalf and got the matter resolved.

This firm took forever getting my settlement checks to me, after we signed the settlement paperwork . It was supposed to be ready in 20 days and it took more than 80. It was incredibly difficult to get somebody to call me back. I left tons of messages and never got a reply. when I did speak with someone, I always got excuses as to why it was taking longer than the 20 days that the settlement was agreed upon.

My experience with Louis Law Group was excellent, We had a problem with getting payments for the damage to our home with our homeowners insurance, we had to hire Louis law Group to handle this matter, what we thought would take a year or more turn out to be a few months. I am extremely satisfied with the results obtained from Louis Law Group. I put in a claim for roof damage on my home due to heavy winds/rain and was denied. I’m reading all these “great reviews”, I can’t help but think, could they paid reviews? Because, I have been dealing with this law group for over 3 years. I’m still waiting for someone to give me a clear information regarding my case as to what is really going on. Every single phone calls ends with either “your attorney is not available at the money and will give you a call back” only to go weeks to months without hearing from anyone.
