David did an outstanding job. Throughout the whole process, David answered every question I had with patience and expertise (even the stupid ones!).

David performed his assessment with integrity, thoroughness, professionalism and fairness.

The results were ready quickly, and he took the time to proactively call and walk us through the results and the implications.

He left the house how he found it and respected our home and space.

It’s never fun to have to get a mold inspection, but if you have to get one, David at EnviroPro Plus is who you want to call.

I am very impressed with David Minshall and EnviroPro. David and his team did an exceptional job of finding the sources of the mold in my condo. They then followed through with a detailed color coded map of exactly where the mold was, and how to treat it. David also paid attention to how treatment could occur in a thorough and complete manner while causing the least amount of damage to be repaired afterwards. This was very much appreciated. David and his team were always on time and efficient during each appointment that we had. David’s fees were reasonable, and he was timely in sending me and the mitigators the final reports. I am so happy that I was referred to David and EnviroPro.
