It’s really our experience with The person we worked with that stinks. Karim E started out great when we were spending our money and then was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with after the sale was made. He was short and rude with my husband and I. He left us a nasty email scolding us for speaking with another representative in his absence. I would not want to work with Karim E. ever again. I probably won’t work with the company again due to Karim’s actions.
