Dalit is an amazing and knowledgeable teacher, breaking the practice down into manageable steps that make it easy to turn the practice into a consistent, lifelong habit. She is patient and compassionate and has successfully taught me how to manage stress and anxiety and have better control of my thoughts and actions. Can't recommend her enough.

Dalit's soothing voice gets you 'in' right away.
However you were feeling and whatever you were thinking about just moments before suddenly disappears, and you become transformed and in the zone.

She did a heart meditation for me today and by the end I WAS LOVE.

I would highly recommend Dalit's coaching and any of her services, she will help you get to where you want to be very peacefully and easily.
