I had a disappointing experience with this recruitment firm. The role I accepted was not as described, and once I started, the client’s expectations and contract terms differed significantly from what I was told. I was assured—by both the recruiter and the client—that I would be hired full-time at the six-month mark. That never happened, and there was no follow-up or support from the firm to advocate on my behalf.

Communication was minimal and impersonal. Aside from the recruiter, I had no contact with anyone at the company. Periodic emails, featuring a generic photo of someone I never interacted with, felt disconnected from my actual experience.

After looking into their business location, it appears to be a small office in a Florida plaza, which raises questions about the operation. In my view, they prioritize keeping people on contract over supporting long-term career goals. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
