I would give zero stars if I could. This company is obviously in favor of the landlords and not the tenants. The home I moved into was NOT clean at all when I moved in - there were dirty kitchen shelf liners with crumbs and bobby pins, trash in the fire pit, trash in the backyard, scum/gunk/hair in the shower and around the kitchen sinks, dust on the counters and shelves from construction, the inside of the washing machine was nasty, there was junk in the garage, food dripping in the pantry, a dirty air filter, unmoved lawn, etc. But what tops off having to re-clean the place you're moving into is getting a super stringent lease. You'll be charged for any little thing you don't leave to perfection. No fresh mow? $125 (but they didn't find it fair to leave it freshly mowed for me). No landscape cleanup? $250 (but I can tell you I raked no less than 25 bags of pine needles and sticks upon move in). When I asked the property management to remove the random items the landlords left (random car parts and such in the garage), I was told that ultimately this is the landlord's home and I have to deal with it. What I rented the place for MY stuff, not to store the owners' stuff for them.... and I am CERTAIN they will try to nickel and dime me for everything possible upon move out. I would never recommend this property management company.

Just completely understand that if you rent from this company, they will take at least half of your deposit upon move out!

Please don’t think it’s a game! That’s the name of the business with renting but you will learn like I did, especially Business dealings with Stephanie

I went an entire month and a half without AC and still paying my rent on time that wasn’t taken into consideration. The rental company would not install blinds At my sliding door after being asked. I went out and had Lowe’s Install them…. Moved out and left them installed That, of course, wasn’t taking into consideration. Then to be reminded of all she did for me was the icing on the cake. Ma’am, I’ve never not ONCE been late! What exactly did you do for me?

Paula and her team are phenomenal! I worked with another property manager before being introduced to Paula and can say that she and her team are far above the rest! The communication was great, they had a great group of contractors/handymen they work with and the best part of all they took away all my headaches, on a property that was definitely not the easiest to manage.
