We have worked with Josh and Jean for the past 5 years. We can't say enough good things about everyone in their office - kind, professional, quickly responsive, patient, and unpretentious. Jean connected us with Josh when we started with Senior Financial, and he has worked with us since that time. Josh not only put our investments on track with lower fees and higher returns, he worked diligently to assure we had designated beneficiaries. There were items we thought we had established beneficiaries on, but Josh found we had not. My husband and I lacked knowledge on understanding our investments and long-term planning. Josh patiently works with us every time we meet with him, helping us to understand where we are at and potential options for increasing our wealth. He thoroughly reviews our portfolio annually and has done a tremendous job helping us to establish a growth plan for our investments, especially as we draw closer to retirement. Our children have now started working with Josh and he has been very beneficial in helping them to make some financial choices as well. A final comment, Josh (and Jean) are very responsive to any communication we have with them. They get back to us quickly and assure we have the information we need. All around, we highly recommend this team!
