Austin has a reputation in the community of being highly qualified and treating all of his clients like family. They handle our investing and consult for both of us, as business owners, on each of our firms' retirement plans. The quality of service is excellent and we do feel we're treated like family. This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. So unprofessional its not even funny. I have been trying to remove my money from my 401k plan for almost a year and it is close to impossible. The girls who pick up the phone have no idea what is going on, I am surprised they have made it this far in life. I have been dealing with Nadine, I can not believe she even has a job is customer service. When asked in the beginning of the year what was going on with my account she told me they company has to start all over because of the new year. When I had called in March she told me that they were still working on it and she had no idea what was going on with my account. She laughed at me when I was asking her questions about my account, then when asked why she laughed at me she told me that I must have been hearing things because it was a bad connection. To get a phone call back from her is asking basically to have God call you back. When asking the girl Robin who answered the phone to speak to her, she tells me shes in the office then a second later tells me shes out to lunch. No one should entrust any of these humans with money or customer service. I become enraged whenever speaking to anyone from this company.
