Don’t use Ashlie as your attorney, if you do, you will suffer and be miserable like my friend.

My friend’s sister, who is single with no children, passed away five years ago without leaving a will. She was survived by her mother and my friend who traveled thousands of miles from China to inherit the estate.

To be frank, Ashlie should never have taken on the case in the first place, given her incompetence and preoccupation with her title business. Yet, she did mianly for money.

Over the past five years, my friend has been left in a desperate situation. Here are some examples of Ashlie's inadequate efforts:

1. According to the agreement, she was supposed to file the case by June 2020, but by September of the same year, she had done nothing. When my friend visited her office, she found a lot of excuses.

2. Due to her negligence and failure to move the case forward, the mother passed away three years ago without receiving her inheritance.

3. Now, three years after the mother's passing, my friend is still stuck here, helplessly waiting for Ashlie to secure his inheritance.

I firmly believe that Ashlie is irresponsible and incompetent as an estate attorney. She has shown no compassion, leaving my poor friend to fend for himself in a foreign land without friends or English proficiency for nearly five years, all while he waits endlessly.

If I were in his shoes, I would have terminated her services and pursued legal action to cover all the expenses incurred during this prolonged ordeal.

Please don’t use her serve, the worst one I know of!

My husband took his taxes to JJ Luckey and it was only for 3 months of taxes for his business and then his personal taxes. They charged him $1400 for the both and that is twice as much as we were charged this whole year with the taxes we had done this year. They charged me almost $100 to teach me QuickBooks but we couldn’t get my computer to work so I was only there about 15 minutes and I didn’t even learn anything along with the lady making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her that she had to help me with this.

He is friends with my husband so I know him personally, and he only communicates with my husband even though he handles our joint taxes. He is unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!
