This office was GREAT to work with. When I first called 3.5 years ago. Richard Purtz called me back right away. His guidance and help was Fantastic. Then he introduced us to Christopher Smith. Talk about a TEAM. No wonder these lawyers are classified as Super Lawyers. They helped us though every move. "DO NOT BE AFFRAID TO CONTACT THEM". These people are very kind and nice. There reception lady in the Fort Myers office ( Karen ) was so nice during the time we had to wait to speak to someone. She made us feel welcomed. As you are probably a where we enjoyed the experience dealing with this lawyer's office.

I called in to ask some questions regarding a personal matter and every single person I spoke with was so kind and helpful. The receptionist Karen, was incredibly patient answering all of my questions and eased my anxiety over everything before letting me know how the process worked and what all I needed in order to move forward when I was ready to speak with a lawyer. I've heard such great things about Andrea Smith and just know even from the conversations with Karen that when I'm ready I will be in great hands. It makes such a different knowing there is a personal touch and that you will be treated (and respected) as a human being when it comes to such stressful circumstances.
