I had to pester them over and over to get them to do my personal taxes and when I tried to get them to do my business bookkeeping we came to an agreement and they never did any work. I emailed repeatedly to get a response and nothing. Finally I responded to some of their marketing and let them know they had lost my business and they were rude to me in writing. DO NOT USE. Find someone else to do your bookkeeping and taxes.

In response to their response: They are acting like I hadn't contacted them several times before that and like it is okay, because they were busy, to not reply to a customer. Go anywhere else.

About 10 years ago, I decided to use tax care to straighten out my personal taxes as well as to help incorporate my business. Needless to say that relationship has grown into a 10 year venture. Within that time frame, Tax care has made my tax burden a non existent one.
