Charged me $25,000 for plans I can not do anything with wasn’t clear about the process the entire time. Drew me up plans that cost a quarter million dollars to build when I was trying to do a simple storage lot went back complaining to a higher up person they got landscape architect to revise now it’s only around 1500 to do what I’m trying to do they have to realize individuals coming to them don’t know about construction or building plans. Please be more clear with your customers!! Completely wasted $25,000 dollars

I asked for a site plan to turn into COJ planning department for a Permit to add a handicapped parking space, a 10’ wheelchair ramp and a customer parking area - the delivered site plan was not up to code and they refused to fix it unless I paid them.
A site plan not up to city code is not a cite plan I can use.
Refused to modify the plan saying they “drew what I asked them to draw” - so they never told me what I was asking was not up to code.
That is their job to draw site plans up to code
