Servpro / West Bradenton-Anna Maria (FL) to the rescue!! Literally the heroes following the wreckage. After our house was completely flooded from Hurricane Helene, Blaize Colmorgen the Mitigation Project Mgr. and his team (Donnie, Jonathan and Peyton - among others) were there the next day. They worked for hours on end, removing heavy plaster/drywall, kitchen cabinets, wet furniture, etc... The whole team of workers were incredibly empathetic and kind. They worked with great respect for our family, house, and loss. They answered our questions and followed up with all of their work. When all was said and done, our house was completely clean, dry and ready to be rebuilt. Servpro / West Bradenton-Anna Maria (FL) and its team gave us the peace of mind to be able to handle the stress and heartbreak of having our home destroyed. They were worth every bit!

Rob G came shortly after our home flooded from Hurricane Helene to assess the situation and delivered an estimate quickly. Within weeks, he was leading a crew in the demolition and mold remediation work. He and the crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond in assisting my handicapped mother with some requests. The work area was left clean and exceeded expectations. During the mold remediation portion, a mix-up resulted in some drying and dehumidifying equipment left running at the then-unoccupied home for longer than expected, which resulted in an accidentally excessive electric bill; working with Eric, that situation was resolved quickly and painlessly. Nothing but top marks for SERVPRO throughout the process both in work performed and in customer service and communication throughout - especially considering the overall scope of work they are tackling in visibly bringing other neighboring homes on Anna Maria Island back to inhabitability.

Samuel and Miguel were excellent! It was late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Nobody wants the inconvenience of having to work on a Friday night or to have workers all night on the weekend. Servpro ran the reconstruction for my parents’ home as they recovered from flooding damage due to hurricane Debbie. They had a great experience working with JP, finding him to be responsive and helpful every step of the way. As one might imagine, recovering from hurricane damage is a stressful and exhausting process. I’m grateful that Servpro made it easier for my parents and they could not say enough positive things about their experience. Mom says she rates JP and Servpro 12 out of 10!

I rate this company 5 stars because the quality of service experience I had today with Reinaldo, Jonathan and Luis was excellent in every way, very professional. With the people in the walls and ceilings department, I give my 👎 👎 👎 because it is clear that they have no idea about service, very, very mediocre. Maybe it is a lack of supervision, although a good employee does not need to have the boss hovering over them, that is an example of three guys that I named before, thank you so much!!
