Primetime is the best black car service I have ever used. I have travelled for business and pleasure for 40 years. I found Primetime 10 years ago when a black car I had booked failed to turn up. Primetime was there on 5 minutes notice. They are reliable. They are responsive when my flights change or get cancelled. Their cars are new and comfortable. The drivers are the most professional. In these days of so many choices the best choice I make is definitely Primetime. They take the worry out of my travel.

My wedding planner used Primetime Limos last month and they did a fantastic job. I received an email confirmation when we made the reservation and again 24 hours before my wedding day. The drivers all were wearing black suits and the 2 vehicles that we ordered were very clean. We booked a 3 hour trip for each vehicle and we even went over by 15 minutes and the driver said not to worry.
I read the past review and felt like I needed to let everyone know what my experience was. Google reviews are very important to Brides especially, but I must say that I relied upon my planner to chose our vendors.

My boyfriend and I were picked up at Tampa airport by Joe, who was very professional, polite, and friendly. The SUV we were picked up in was extremely clean as well. It's rare nowadays to find any company so professional with such great customer service as Primetime Limousines. The young lady who I booked my reservation with by phone was very helpful and I received my confirmation by email right away.
