I was a moniter for Thompson in Greenwood SC. Our job has ended. I loved my job and will miss my supervisors, Tabitha Arita, taylee Hebert ,tranessia Hudson and Alex Dupree. Awesome people who will always have a special place in my heart. The pay was great. Sometimes you will cross hurdles, as to be expected. You know when you hire on , you use your vehicle. It’s not a hard job , it’s a rewarding one. All Thompson wants is you to be on time, do your job to the best and respect your supervisors. If some can’t do this, the job may not be for you. Supervisors deal with a lot. It’s a great company and I would do it again. Thank you Thompson for giving me a chance!! ❤️❤️

Phenomenal hourly rate of pay, endless hours of work, 100 plus per week, every week. Aloof project manager, no performance evaluations, no real leadership only two dozen supervisors each telling you a different rule to follow. A new rule every hour or so it seemed. I met some good people and once our project suddenly ended and we were laid off via text message at 7:30 am many of those people are now friends.

I live in mayo Florida they had a job listed in Greenville Tennessee 534 miles away I was told to bring my Driver's license and proof of insurance and can I pass a drug test that was on the January 28, 2025 had to be there January 29,2025 at 2:00 I was on time 1:30 pm sign in and ask what I can start I told him today 29th so she said I'll be more definitely working tomorrow going to be the next day the 30th of January he asked me where were from I said Florida she told me we only do locals

DO NOT WORK for this company it is a scam they work people and don’t pay😡 My husband worked for them since Nov.2024 - Feb 2025and the last month that they worked they have not been paid nor contacted about being paid they are scamming their employees.

My husband came to work for this company and let me just say this is not the best company to work for!!!!! They are not organized and very discriminating again the workers. They told my husband in the interview that he would be paid at 3 dollars for using his vehicle per hour and on top of that get paid 14 dollars an hour, but he only got paid 2 dollars an hour. That was a rip off knowing that he use our vehicles just for them to pay 2 dollars an hour to drive around and look for debris.🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
