Our HR contracted them to do a training for our staff. The “panel” felt like they were unprepared to train us, it was a one hour training and the panel spoke for 55mins of it. They shared their stories but none of it is was relevant and they did not include us in the conversation. They stated for us to solve our issues is to “do the research, do the work and find the solution.” We were expecting them to come with REAL life knowledge about our campus, and assisting with navigating real changes. Our staff was not professionally developed. Half us of did not understand why someone on the panel kept talking about their new baby, there was no relevance. We do not recommend this company for future trainings.

This company uses inaccurate information and data to try and gain money for the public sector. Very one sided, data/misinformation/confusion, to help municipalities/counties justify fee increases.
