I had the pleasure of working with Nadia Anderson, the Broker of Prestige Realty Consultants through my experience buying a home. She was very responsive, caring and understanding. My family has been working with Nadia for a year now to secure our property. This experience has been horrible for me and family. The communication between her and us is non existent. When we call the office no one answers or Nadia is "unavailable". Her receptionist must be the real business owner, she's the one giving us information (which would be wrong). They never seems to remember us every time we call or go to the office. But even been working with them for a year. Nadia rushed out of a meeting with us claiming to be right back. After an hour of waiting her receptionist came in to say she had to leave. Very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone. Based on these mixed Google reviews, it seems like her pick ans chooses who she wants to give a engery to. And as an Black business owner this isn't a good. Once again I wouldn't recommend her and we will be moving on from her business.

We were in contract for a house and had to keep calling them over and over! The front desk said Nadia would call us and never EVER did. This went on for two and half months!! She’s horrible. Very unprofessional. Thankfully got a better house with a WAY better relator that actually speaks! STAY AWAY!

Mrs Nadia Anderson from this agency made an appointment for her clients to see the house we put for sale.
Her clients arrived on time and were forced to wait for an hour and mrs Anderson was late. Than she provided her clients with the property information and sent them alone to tour a house an hour late. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep waiting as we work from home so we kindly asked the buyers to reschedule or as an alternative welcome them to the open house the next day. Mrs Anderson showed up later on standing with her clients outside our home doors while we onsite and talking about how terrible we are for not letting them in. Needless to say that this is disrespectful, careless unprofessional behavior. Our realtor sent her an email but this was ignored. I would never recommend this realtor or an agency that works with such person with lack of integrity.

I tried a few different realtors when buying my first house but they kept telling me I should offer more then the asking price which I didn't like. Luckily I was referred to Ashley by a friend. She is an amazing negotiator and business woman! She had no fear in making my offer and saved me a ton of money. I won't trust anyone else.
