After seeing the body cam of Ivonne’s arrest due to larc: grand theft of over $750 but less than $5,000.00, I can only imagine how she treats clients who have any sort of dispute with her. Ivonne added on the bodycam, “she has done this hundred of times”.

I went here w all receipts, my laptop full of my records, and my keys in a backpack. I went to the restroom and when I returned, Ivonne locked the door and kept all of my stuff. When I banged she laughed and said she's done this a hundred times while refusing to open the door or return my stuff!!

Very very disappointed in this service. As a Sarasota Nonprofit we were looking for someone that would be on top of our books and taxes. We worked with Ivonne for about a year, things started off okay, but around the 6 month mark it would take a week or so to get responses after multiple texts, phone calls, emails. She was very rarely in the office or available. The reason for the 1 star is she was supposed to file our taxes for 2022, which she says she did, but September 2023 we started receiving letters from the IRS stating they have not received them. We asked Ivonne about this and she told us they were filed but we never received the documents showing they were filed from her. During this time we started looking for another CPA/Bookkeeper. Once Ivonne caught wind of this the communication COMPLETELY stopped, still to this day she has not responded to any texts, phone calls, emails. She cancelled our payroll account so we could not access any of the documents, we had to manually reach out to the payroll companies support team to get the documents. And on top of that our new CPA/Bookkeeper has had to manually recreate everything Ivonne allegedly did for us in 2022, because she would not answer any messages or help us in any way. Very very disappointed in IAS Bookkeeping and we don’t recommend any one working with them as you never know what you're going to get. The lack of communication, availability, and just not getting the work done was highly unprofessional.
