I did my taxes with them April 2020 still have not received it. Called irs they said I had to verify my identity at one of there office wich I did. Then I seen they charged me 700. Called the united taxfirm and they told me its a new tax season so I won't be charged. Then I was curious so I requested my transcripts from my 2018 til now and all of them had information about my previous tax returns except for last years wich this company did. I had to do my own taxes this year thru turbo tax. I had trouble cause my agi was wrong. Figured out my agi was 0 thru the transcript but that's crazy ...nothing makes sense..

I filed my taxes April 28th and I was told to be looking out in about 6 weeks, it is now July and I haven't received anything. I have 2 children and was granted a stimulus but haven't received that either. Can someone help me ? I'm getting scam vibes.

I personally was scammed as well from a "United Tax Firm" that is a fraudulent company out of Florida just like these other people. Don't do sketchy business over the phone, and good luck to this company who has had their name tarnished

I thought that I was scammed by them too but in case you are wondering the SCAM ARTISTS ARE UNITED TAXFIRM NOT UNITED TAX FIRM. the scammers have no space between tax and firm. This company has nothing to do with the scammers. I was scammed too.

I won't be using united tax firm next year. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my tax returns when I was told it would only take 14 buisness days .

I filed back in April and still haven't received anything and when I call the IRS they tell me they can release any info about my tax return this is very annoying and untied tax firm is not even trying to help me understand why
