Mr. Liguori had a difficult mess to clean up with my cases due to the fact that initially hired an incompetent attorney that just made a mess of things. Just when things started to seem hopeless, I reached out to Mr. Liguori and during our first call he read the affidavit and immediately started breaking down how the case should be handled. His confidence is not part of any gimmick or sales pitch, this man delivers. Not only did he get one of the cases completely dropped (which our previous attorney told us it couldn't be done) He was able to keep his promise and have everything settled before Christmas. Little fun fact that Mr. Liguori didn't know but on the date of release, it was my right on our anniversary date. We hired him in October, our cases has been dragging since February and he settled it all within 40 days of hiring him. Will forever be grateful and recommend any friend or family members who need legal help to first call Mr. Liguori and if it's a type of case that he doesn't represent I'd trust him enough to ask him for a possible reference.

I was seeking legal assistance with an issue I am dealing with and was referred to Joh Liguori. I was very eager to obtain an attorney and ended up going with another attorney HOWEVER....I receive a prompt call from him he was so very nice and understanding and still listened to my situation and wished me luck. Even though I did not retain I believe he would have fought for me and taken care of my situation. He was very responsive and showed concern. Even the young lady that answered me when I originally called she was so nice to me and was on it from the moment I called. John, I will still recommend you and your staff!!

Wildly knowledge and a master in his craft. Sadly I didn't get to hire him being that this is my wife's case and she already recieved a recommendation for a different attorney. However, if I ever need someone to represent me. There is zero doubt in my mind on who I'm hiring. From our short consultation, this man does not want to waste anytime. Very calculated and tactical. This is the kind of attorney you'd want representing you. People just need to remember that all an attorney can do is represent you as best as they can under the eyes of the law. It's always a chance when things go to trial.

I spoke to a couple of lawyers before I spoke to Mr. Liguori, both Lawyers told me that I was seeking jail time for my very rear case. when I called the office, I spoke to Maria she was very pleasant took my information and told me that she would pass it to Mr. Liguori, he called me the very next day, he took the time to listen to my story explained to me what could happen and what he could do to help. I knew deep down I needed a very strong lawyer. I had a great feeling about him, So I immediately hired him.
I was being charged with a D.U.I. 3rd offence, I wasn't driving I never got pulled over I went to the scene where my son got pulled over to help him, and that’s where I got arrested, and my son as well. The state wanted to take my license for 10 years and spend weekends in jail. not going to lie I was scared; my life was in my lawyers’ hands. after a couple of continuance, he was able to negotiate a lesser charge with the state. Mr. Liguori was able to help keep my license and not do any jail time. that was my two main things that I was very worried about, and Mr. Liguori was able to turn a bad situation into a GREAT situation. I was very pleased of the outcome and there are not enough words to Thank him.
From start to finish I had a great experience even in the middle of things and I had to call or email Maria about anything she was always there to help and very quick on getting back with me.

I am very pleased with John and also with his staff. I had a tough DUI case that took almost 2 years to conclude but he got it dismissed. The other attorney that works with John is super sharp and well versed in dealing with the system. His support staff is great also. I bothered Maria in the office with call after call and she was nothing but patient and helpful. If I have another legal issue I would hire him again without hesitation.

Mr. John Liguori is the Criminal defense Atty that I hired to defend me against some accusations that would have sent me away for along time. I hired 3 other very well known and highly recommended attys before Mr Liguori was recommended to me. After calling him and speaking to him about my case, and agreeing on a very reasonable fee for the charges, he was hired to represent me. It should be noted that the previous 3 attorneys, after paying them a total of 35,000 dollars threw in the towel and told me they couldn't help me. Not this guy. He fought for me, he listened to me, and he truly represented me like no other attorneys did or could. Mr Liguoris' courtroom demeanor is very strong. His questioning of witnesses is unheralded. His results are absolutely amazing. If you need an attorney, and you want one that's going to fight tooth and nail in your defense, as well as follow through with the oath that he took upon passing the bar exam, and you want an Atty that is straightforward with you, don't beat around the bush or sidestep your questions, then there is only one choice..... John Liguori.... I'm not telling you to hire him.... Just call his office in Bartow, set up a appt. with his amazing office staff, and go see him. One more thing, if you decide to hire him, don't expect a call every day, don't expect to see him every week, he isn't that type of guy.. He is the type of guy that when it's showtime he has all his i's dotted and all the t's crossed. He rolls up his sleeves and gets it done. Totally awesome Atty. Very well versed in case law, very stern in action, knows the judicial system, and how it works. He did me a miraculous job that NO other Atty could do. Earlier in this post I mentioned that Mr Liguori was recommended to me. About the persons' case that told me to "go talk to John". Well he had a DUI number 3 and several other driving charges. His results were the same as mine.....THIS MAN IS A BEAST. The best criminal defense Atty around.....hands down.
