I had the pleasure of working with Dwayne, who is very nice and personable. Throughout our conversations, I learned a lot, and I truly believe those discussions were key to me receiving my 100% rating. However, I am giving him 2 stars due to a critical issue during the records review. Unfortunately, Dwayne missed some key information that would have secured my 100% rating. As a VA rater, I had hoped he would have caught the errors in my C&P exams. This oversight was disappointing, especially given his role in the process.

Update: We were able to resolve my complaint. I like people who try to resolve legitimate issues.
