There was a time when I thought I knew it all and didn’t see the need for an agent, especially since most of the insurance companies have everything online. It wasn’t until I got married and my wife who had been with Bayside for several years changed my mind. Within a few weeks of moving everything over to Bayside Glen called us and wanted to have a talk about how we were covered and how we could improve a few things. We increased our limits which initially cost us a little more but just like his plan promised, keeping ourselves clean accident wise we now are consistently paying less than I ever have with great coverage. As we’ve added toys Bayside (Glen) has shown us the best way to position the coverages for our Harley, RV and our newest driver and her new car. Sure these are all things that to some point I could have done online but what I never would have gotten is the personal touch and genuine concern for keeping us in the best place possible for our needs.
