As Clinic Owners we have all spent a lot of money with Coaching companies and programs that were disappointing and that just didn’t deliver. Breakthrough Coaching is a fantastic organization with the utmost care for their clients. This is not a small operation either. Breakthrough Coaching has been helping clinics since 1998 (that’s 23 years). They currently coach over 1000 Doctors and their staffs. They are great at working with both start-ups and seasoned professionals. If you have had a negative experience with other coaching companies that felt like all hype, but a lack of return on your investment than I recommend that you give Breakthrough Coaching a chance for a consistent long term success plan.

I’ve been with Breakthrough Coaching since 1999. I turned my practice multidisciplinary with their help and they did an amazing job. Their website is incredible, with so many training modules, forms, procedures and motivational information. Their coaching and coaches are the best. Dr. Mark Sanna took over this company in 1999 and I’ve watched him transform it into the amazing company and service that it is. Here I am 22 years later still a client. That says a lot!
