After signing a contract for All County Property Management of Boulder to manage my property, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Several times they have claimed that they would work on something and have not. Before the tenants moved in, someone spoke to me on the phone recommending a light cleaning. I said yes, please have that done. That never happened. Now, three months after the tenants moved in, I am still having to email them about getting the water bill changed out of my name and into the tenants. I keep getting promises of yeah, we're going to take care of that right away and nothing ever comes of it. I am literally paying them to take care of these things and they are not doing it. I will be terminating my contract with them ASAP.

I researched several property management companies this summer when my long term tenants moved out after a six-year stay that I had been managing by myself. Owners beware.A pattern of unacceptable service for many years. They were not good stewards of our property. Failed to address the necessary repairs and maintenance issues identified by professional inspections when tenants moved out.Failed to hold tenants accountable for their damage. Unprofessional and unacceptable “repairs” by their vendors (at my expense), which resulted in expenses and hassle for me to re-address. Doubled-charged us for repair work on multiple occasions which meant I had to always double check every statement.After ending our relationship with them, we had to pay thousands of dollars for repairs that should have been identified months or years earlier (and many charged to the tenants).
