I was a Client for just under a year, and like any place that helps one develop interpersonal skills; they cannot provide answers. BUT provide methods and an outside perspective on whatever situation it may be, helping you figure out the problem with advice and support. You must be willing to accept their help, NOT live by it. But acknowledge the advice, and use what is practical for you during moments of self reflection (brief of extended)
