Becoming a part of CrossFit Helix is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The coaching staff is awesome and everyone is there to motivate and encourage you every step of the way. It truly is a family and the atmosphere is beyond comparison. The workouts are always different and challenging which is why their programming is so good. I have seen so many improvements and changes in myself since starting CrossFit and I have all the wonderful people at this gym to thank. I could not recommend a better gym than Helix!

I love everything about CrossFit Helix! The coaches come to each class prepared to help you grow in your fitness, regardless of skill level. The atmosphere and camaraderie are FUN! Each member I’ve met is friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes into the gym. Another huge perk for me is the kids room; having a safe and comfortable place for my kiddos to play while I workout is a necessity that Helix accommodates very well!

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, active community. The coaching staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and do their best to make sure you are safe but also challenging yourself. The athletes here range widely in age, ability, and background - but we want everyone who comes through the door to feel welcome. CrossFit Helix will feel like a second family and you will never wanna leave! I left for a few years because life sometimes necessitates change, but when I was ready to get back in the gym, I knew that Helix was my home away from home. There is something here for everyone and you won’t regret at least giving it a try.

CrossFit Helix is a fantastic gym! I am new to CrossFit and was incredibly intimidated to start but there was no need. The coaches and community at CrossFit Helix are amazing and really work to ensure that you get a great workout regardless of your fitness level.
