I am furious - although I still have a credit score over 800 points, in a routine review of my credit I found that they reported me to a collections company. I have never received a bill, always pay upfront in full on any part estimated to be owed by me (I have insurance) and promptly pay all my debts as evidenced by my "excellent" credit rating score. I really don't know how they get away with doing this as I see many others have experienced this same issue. I intend to pursue this to complete resolution even if it requires hiring my own attorney.

In Feb of 2020, I unexpectedly had surgery and I didn't have insurance. I work in healthcare so I do understand that fees may seem larger than expected. I have been paying on my bill since May 2020. When I called to speak with billing, I was told that I could make a small payment every month, and as long as I paid monthly that would be acceptable until paid in full (no interest, and in case you don't understand that, that equates to free money). I have been faithfully paying my bill and I have never had a problem. Every month I receive my statement with a big "THANK YOU!"
No, I say "THANK YOU!" Thank you for your patience in the repayment process, and Thank You for being available so that I could receive life saving surgery in comfort (without being awake).
Really, I don't understand why people are so ignorant and have to leave bitter comments. They weren't bitter when receiving the necessary care to either save their life or make their life more comfortable. The cost for services covers a multitude, from the anesthesiologist, to the hospital staff to the overhead of running the business. Did you complain that the anesthesiologist was available to save your life?
Do you complain when you go to work and receive a paycheck? I don't work for free and when somebody is in need of services in the health facility in which I work, you can be damn sure the money collected is for the excellent service that is rendered.

Received a bill on 05-22-24 when the initial visit was in 11/2023 and by this time is has already been sent to collections. It is a bummer that there is no other place in Grand Junction to get these procedures done.

Same issue as the other comment. Never received a bill and then got a call from a collections agency. Asked for them for a bill and they could not email it and said they needed to send it. Great, probably won't get that like the other ones they said they sent.

Very patient and helpful. I had double cataract surgery last December. The anesthesiologist billing service always allowed us to make small payments. I started going in person about 3 weeks after the surgeries to make payments and to see what I owed. Never had a problem. ( Can't remember if I had gotten a bill by mail yet) but I knew I was coming sooner then later.

My wife had surgery and liked the Anesthesiologist. I pay the bills and had to write a check. Little surprised they don't have a Web site and a means to pay online.
