In one year's time, we have unfortunately twice required the services of Servepro for separate, unrelated issues in our home. Our experience with SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen has been vastly different than our experience with the other franchise we were assigned by insurance, absolutely most especially the communications from the office/management.

We walked into a disaster Tuesday morning at my office when a water pipe had busted and flooded our building. I immediately called ServPro of Golden and within an hour, they had a complete crew out there cleaning it all up. They were all extremely professional and thorough. 5 stars!

We had a water leak at our ski condo in Granby Ranch. Quinn, Cliff and Angelo were amazing. They were on site the day of and staid late that night getting all the gear set up. They kept us informed every step of the way and dealt directly with our homeowners insurance which was nice. Couldn’t recommend them more. Great team.

Ernesto did a fantastic job. We had 4 feet of water in the basement of our house. He showed up and realized the power at the house had been shut off so he needed to go get a generator to power his tools. Upon returning, the tenant showed up to remove some of their belongings and were in his way. He helped them load up chairs, a bed, a desk (which he agreed to dispose of for the person). All of this was pushing back how quickly he could start the job. In the end, he stayed at the house until 10:30PM to make sure the basement was dry. All through this, he had a great positive attitude, and was willing to do what was necessary to get the job done.
I know this is his job, but a lot of people would have just left earlier and put off the rest of the job until the following morning. He stayed and made sure there was no water left behind which may have ended up being a crucial decision. I truly appreciate his effort and diligence to finish the job. Servpro handled this professionally and swiftly, which I am thankful for.
