We used Ace to charter a bus for our wedding in the Golden/Morrison area and they were terrific. Their 56 passenger coach was spacious, clean and comfortable. Sara made the reservation process incredibly easy. She was so helpful in laying out all of our options and easily making any adjustments we needed or answering questions. Their communication was excellent and are experts at navigating hotels and venues in the Golden area especially. I mostly cannot speak highly enough about Ace because of how they handled an unlikely scenario for our wedding. A wildfire broke out in Morrison that closed Highway 285 for hours preventing access to our venue. Fortunately the fire was quickly contained with no major harm caused to the area. But Ace navigated a 2 hour bus detour through Evergreen in order to get our guests to our venue so we could still have our wedding. Our guests RAVED about the bus driver Victor and how awesome he was. Not only that, but because of the time lost to the fire, Ace agreed to stay the extended our for our delayed wedding to make up the lost time at no additional cost. Victor was so gracious and willing to do this and he couldn't have had a better attitude about the situation. Sara and her staff as well. It showed just how much Ace cared about our Wedding day which we will always be grateful for. Highly recommend them for your group transportation needs.

Rented three small buses for mountain wedding ceremony with 70 people. Two of the three buses broke down, one with a broken serpentine belt, one with a coolant issue. 2/3 of my wedding guests were stranded on the side of the road for hours, and we never made it to our ceremony site. Made it back to reception venue, which charged us another $2500 for hosting the ceremony. Ace Express Coaches ruined my wedding, and has only refunded me the money I paid them. Do not trust your event to this company.
